Andre Maltais
"Andre Maltais was tried and convicted for the murder of Barbara Ann Raposa. Barbara was Andre’s former girlfriend and the mother to one of his children. What people do not know is that Robin Murphy is the one that really murdered poor Barbara. How do I know this? I ran into Maltais while serving in Walpole. It was the first time I actually ever met him. I sat down with him and asked him why. Why did he try to set me up for Barbara’s murder? I’d never even met the girl.
Maltais told Police he had a dream in which he was up in a tree with two angels. They were looking down at Raposa watching her murder by a guy with long hair, wearing a black leather motorcycle jacket. Me.
Andre Maltais was not unknown to the Police department. He had a thing for young girls. One of these girls was Robin Murphy. He first began raping Murphy, she was no older than 13, maybe 14 years. It was from that point on Murphy began to use Maltais as her “sugar daddy.” Anything Murphy wanted, Maltais would see her needs met. That was until Maltais met Barbara.
Murphy never did get along with Barbara. Murphy did not like the way Barbara took Maltais’ time and attention away from her. Barbara didn’t much care for Murphy either. When they were around each other, one could not help but bad mouth the other. Maltais told me it was that way when Murphy murdered poor Barbara Raposa. The fight started in the back seat of Maltais’ car.
The two of them began to physically assault each other. Raposa punched Murphy, breaking her nose. That is when Murphy went off the deep end, beating Barbara Raposa to death. Evidence shows that poor Barbara had bite marks all over her body, even on her breasts. Those teeth marks matched the bite of Robin Murphy.
By his own words, Robin Murphy murdered Barbara Raposa while Andre Maltais stood by and watched. Murphy ordered him to say that it was me, Carl Drew, who murdered that poor girl.
Maltais passed away shortly after he told me the truth of the murder of Barbara Raposa. Just another person, Murphy, was able to manipulate for her own personal gain."
